September 2021 ONSITE program
The Home Dialysis Academy of Excellence onsite and in-person program will run September 2021 at the Satellite Healthcare Training Center (860 Hillview Court, Suite 250, Milpitas, CA 95035).
Presentations and panel discussions will provide participants with a broad and deep understanding of the benefits, challenges and nuances of home dialysis as a therapy for their patients, and as a component of their own medical practices. Among other themes, the program will explore:
